Wuxia Vault
1. The service
Wuxia Vault provides digital wallpaper artwork and related features such as favorites, apply-to-home/lock screen, optional auto-change, and a one-time lifetime unlock called Inner Vault. The App is distributed through Google Play.
2. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Google Play’s terms. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App or its artwork except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
3. Artwork and intellectual property
Wallpapers, icons, branding, and site content are owned by us or used under license. Unlocking Inner Vault gives you a personal license to use the included wallpapers as device wallpapers. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, mint, or claim the artwork as your own.
4. Free sample and Inner Vault
- Some wallpapers are available without purchase.
- Inner Vault is a one-time lifetime purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges for Inner Vault itself.
- Price is set in Google Play and may vary by country/currency. The Play storefront shows the amount you will be charged.
- Access is tied to your Google Play purchase / entitlement. After reinstall or switching phones, use the same Google account and Restore (or the App’s automatic restore check).
- Refunds, chargebacks, and purchase disputes are handled under Google Play’s refund policies.
5. Favorites and local settings
Favorites and settings are stored on your device (and may be included in Android Backup). They are separate from Inner Vault. Losing local data does not cancel a valid lifetime purchase, and restoring a purchase does not automatically recreate every favorite.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, attack, or interfere with the App, purchases, or related services
- Attempt to bypass unlock checks, piracy protections, or billing systems
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law
- Misrepresent affiliation with Wuxia Vault
7. Third-party services
Purchases use Google Play and RevenueCat. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of those platforms, but we will reasonably help you restore a valid purchase.
8. Disclaimer
The App and website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wallpapers may look different across devices and Android versions. Auto-change depends on system battery, background limits, and permissions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or device settings arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for Inner Vault in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or zero if you have not purchased).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
10. Changes and availability
We may update the App, artwork catalog, pricing (via Play), or these Terms. Material changes to Terms will be reflected by updating the effective date. We may discontinue or modify features with reasonable notice when practical.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. Ending use does not automatically entitle you to a refund; refunds follow Google Play rules.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
