Common questions
I paid but the vault is still locked
Make sure you’re signed into the same Google account used for the purchase. Open Settings → Restore purchase, or reopen the app so the automatic restore check can run. Still stuck? Email us with the Play order ID if you have it.
I switched phones / reinstalled
Lifetime access follows your Google Play purchase. Favorites and settings live on the device (and Android Backup, if enabled). Restore unlock first, then re-favorite if needed.
Is Inner Vault a subscription?
No. It is a one-time lifetime purchase. Google Play shows the price before you confirm.
Auto-change isn’t rotating
Confirm auto-change is enabled, a playlist/source is selected, and Android isn’t restricting background work for Wuxia Vault. Some battery savers pause scheduled changes.
